Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation

– A deposit or full payment is required to confirm a booking.

– The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your agreement.

2. Menu Selection and Changes

– Menu selections should be finalised at least 5 days prior to the event.

– Any changes to the menu must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties.

3. Guest Count and Final Payment

– The final guest count must be confirmed 5 days before the event.

– Final payment will need to be completed before the event, based on the confirmed guest count, delivery costs, staff hire or other logistics. 


-Any late payments made after the invoice date may be subject to additional fees or charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

– Cancellations made over 30 days before the event may receive a full refund.

– Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may result in a partial or no refund or a new date being booked. Please discuss cancellations further with our team and they will be able to direct you. 

5. Event Logistics

– The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue with necessary facilities.

– The Graceful Kitchen will require access to the venue before the event for setup depending on the service you have booked. 

6. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

– The client is responsible for informing The Graceful Kitchen of any dietary restrictions or allergies of the guests.

– The Graceful Kitchen will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these restrictions but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Liability and Insurance

– The Graceful Kitchen will maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage.

– The client is responsible for any damages caused by their guests to the catering equipment or property.

8. Force Majeure

– In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or emergencies, both parties will work together to find a suitable solution.

9. Termination

– Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party fails to fulfill their obligations.

– Termination may result in additional fees or penalties as outlined in the agreement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

– This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law. 

– Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of law. 

REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

At The Graceful Kitchen, we strive to provide exceptional service and culinary experiences for our valued customers. We put great care into preparing and delivering our delectable dishes, tailored specifically to your event.

Regrettably, due to the customised nature of our services, we do not typically offer refunds. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction, and we will work closely with you to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Now, when it comes to refunds, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your event, our policy is as follows: 

  • All deposits are non-refundable, however we can work with you to choose a new date for your booking. 

– If you have made full payment and wish to cancel 30 days or more before the event, we will work with you to find a solution and may refund some of your balance. 

– If you cancel within 14 days of the event, unfortunately, the balance is non-refundable.

ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
